Project Scope of work

This is an existing single-family single-story residence in Coral Springs. The scope of work is to keep the existing bones of the existing residence, demolish most of the interior, redevelop the main and secondary entrances,  and add an attached single-story extension for the client's parents. The permit for this project has been approved and is now under construction. The exterior walls are all up, the roof is being prepped for tile and  progress pictures are to come...
