Project Scope of work

This was an existing single-story single family residence that we planned to keep the original exterior walls. We then discovered that the existing construction was not adequate enough for a new second-story addition. After a few modifications and a change in ownership during the permitting process, this new two-story residence is under construction in Pompano Beach, FL. This project is near completion. Updates coming soon.
